Christine Giovane, founder of ACAVI, holds a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular and Cellular Biology. She worked as a scientist in R&D and Clinical Research in pharmaceutical companies in France and abroad. She then went on to work in the field of Human Resources where she has held posts in different practices.
After seven years experience in a recruitment agency where she learned to deal with a wide range of problems, she started up ACAVI to satisfy a clearly increasing need of professionals in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors: that of being able to rely on a scientifically competent partner with expertise in human resources.
