Our Client is a subsidiary of a leading international industrial group developing a high-impact diversification program focused on advanced polymer technologies for semiconductor encapsulation materials (Epoxy Molding Compounds – EMC) and other.

 


Poste

Strategic Industrial Diversification Project : As part of this strategic initiative, we are seeking a Senior EMC Formulation Expert with deep industry experience to strengthen and accelerate the technical roadmap.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide high-level expertise in EMC formulation design.
  • Optimize complex multi-variable systems (raw materials, fillers, curing agents, ratios, molecular variants).
  • Contribute to next-generation formulation strategies, including disruptive molecular approaches.
  • Integrate reliability requirements and processability constraints (injection, curing, thermal resistance).

Support R&D teams in structuring formulation methodology and prioritization


Profil

  • Engineer, PhD level with 10–15+ years of hands-on experience in EMC R&D formulation.
  • Experience within a leading global EMC manufacturer (Top 10 preferred).
  • Direct involvement in major industry transitions (e.g., halogen-free / “Green EMC” developments).
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor reliability tests (H3RB, MSL, thermal cycling, etc.).
  • Ability to operate in an international and confidential environment.

FLEXIBLE ENGAGEMENT MODEL

Permanent contract, temporary expatriation (2–3 years), senior consulting mission, hybrid or partially remote engagement — flexibility will be defined based on the candidate profile.
